Change your Mind, Change your Life!
It’s not your circumstances that determine your feelings and outcomes; it is your thoughts! Whatever you think, positive or negative is what you are creating in your life. And it’s not just your conscious thoughts. Your subconscious mind (outside of your awareness) accounts for 95-98% of your experience. You can quickly experience power and joy in your life when you are guided to eliminate old habits and programs that run your life, and to replace them with more empowering ones.

What is Hypnosis? Hypnosis is a natural, altered state of mind in which you are totally aware and in control, yet open and receptive to make positive changes in your life. This is a state of mind you experience often, like when you are absorbed in a movie or a book, or when you meditate. A hypnotist or hypnotherapist helps you achieve this state of mind through hypnotic induction, which includes a series of directions and suggestions.
What is Hypnotherapy? Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to create healing and change through the release of physical, mental and emotional blocks, replacing them with positive thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
Is Hypnosis Brainwashing? No, you are always aware and in control. In fact, by following the suggestions given, it is YOU who achieves the results.
Can You Make Me Do Things I Don’t Want to Do? No. You can never violate your own code of ethics while in hypnosis.
Is Hypnosis a Truth Serum? No. You can decide what to say while in hypnosis. So, if you want to keep a secret, you can!
Can Hypnotherapy be Done Electronically? Yes! I’ve successfully used Skype, FaceTime and other Apps. When I can see you and hear your voice, it’s as effective as Hypnotherapy in the office.
Can Hypnotherapy Help with Physical Problems? The autonomic nervous system which operates most body functions, is influenced by the subconscious mind. Hypnotherapy has been used for:
- Insomnia
- Dental and Surgical anesthesia
- Chronic Pain
- Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
- Allergies
- Fibromyalgia
- Asthma
- High Blood Pressure
- Stress
- Migraine Headaches
- Obesity
- Acid Reflux (GERD)
- Stuttering
- Sexual Issues
According to Candace Pert, Ph.D., Neuroscientist and Research Professor at Georgetown, “Our physiology is entirely run by our emotions…mind and body, are in fact the same…The catharsis of illness expresses the release of information that has been trapped in our bodies. What Freud termed the ‘subconscious’ mind is actually a measurable physical process. In other words, there is no ‘mind-body problem.’ Your body is your subconscious mind.”

Hypnotism is medically approved since 1958. The American Medical Association (AMA), the American Psychiatric Association (APA), and the British Medical Association (BMA) have approved hypnosis as a therapeutic modality. Hypnosis promotes mental and physical well-being and is a scientifically verified and effective technique.
